EuroCommerce, the Internet Payments company, has opened a Singapore office to support Asian customers and expand reach in the region.
Dublin, Ireland, October 06, 2006 --(PR.COM)-- EuroCommerce, providers of online and call centre payments for some of the world’s leading brands, announced today the opening of its Singapore office which will act as the company’s headquarters in Asia. EuroCommerce, which counts leading Asian companies Singapore Airlines and Tiger Airways amongst its clients, believes a local presence in the region will allow the company to better serve existing customers and expand its activities in the region. Additionally, EuroCommerce has an active partnership with Oriel Communications (specifically their BilltoBill service) who offer local payment solutions for the Chinese and other local markets. EuroCommerce’s Singapore office will help accelerate the growth of this relationship and help in the delivery of truly international solutions for Asian business and also help non-Asian organizations operate in the region.
“The Singapore office is a significant step for us in delivering a true Global footprint”, commented Alan Wyley, CEO of EuroCommerce. “Payment processing is often characterised by single country solutions that cannot satisfy the multinational requirements of many organizations, in particular with regard to provision for local debit cards. EuroCommerce’s difference is in the delivery of payment processes that match how customers want to pay with the flexibility to satisfy how companies need to operate. This move extends that capability still further.”
