1.Is the online shopping secure enough?

We use 128 bits SSL technology and other encryption to encrypt the order data from and to Merchant website. The consumers use Https to visit BilltoBill Secure Payment Platform, so the transmission data can not be captured or tampered.
¡¡¡¡BilltoBill Platform uses CA issued by the Banks and SSL technology to encrypt the transmission data, so the security is ensured by Bank¡¯s gateway. Therefore, online payment is secure.
2.Are the bank card¡¯s details of the customer secure?
¡¡¡¡BilltoBill is a third party payment service provider. When the customer pays the order, BilltoBill will redirect the customer to the web page of Bank¡¯s gateway where customer should input the card details. So neither BilltoBill nor merchant has any chance to collect or save the card details of the customer. So the customer should not worry about that the card details can be disclosed by BilltoBill or merchant.

Input your email and select the payment methods and bank
Input the bank card details and PIN
The payment is successful and return to merchant website

4.Does the extra fee be charged if I use online payment?
¡¡¡¡no any extra fee charged except the payment for goods.
5.What are the possible reasons causing unsuccessful payment?

- The card used is expiry, invalid or claimed for lost£»

6.What payment methods are supported by BilltoBill?
¡¡¡¡BilltoBill supports local bank card, international credit card, telephone payment and cell phone payment. Other payment methods will be supported soon.
7.How to confirm the payment is successful?
¡¡¡¡If the system is no response, you can logon your e-banking, call bank call center, use ATM or go to the bank counter to check the card balance. If the amount is deducted, the payment is successful.

9.Is the 3D verification is a must for international credit card?
¡¡¡¡Yes. BilltoBill only supports the international credit card with 3D verification. For Visa, it refers to Verified-by-Visa. For MasterCard, it refers to Securecode.
